Complete design of Information Systems with a turnkey solution
We do system design for the part or for the entire Information System. ComputerLand also makes solution for IT problems. If we suppose to implement the Information System, the design is free of charge.

System Integration with original hardware, software and implementation
The Information System is ready for use when all of its functions, subsystems work together properly. We know the "know-how", how to put together the functions, subsystems, LANs. ComputerLand implements their solutions using high quality brands like (Compaq, Cisco, HP, IBM, Toshiba,...) and original software (Microsoft, Novell, Lotus, CA,...).

Cabling
We build structured cabling systems CAT 5, implementing Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Token Ring, ISDN,...etc. topology. For the systems, which require higher bandwidth usage, the fibre optic solution is carried out. We also make design, testing and turn key solution for Wide Area Networks.

Remote network management
This is a special type of outsourcing. With a modem and remote management software we can communicate to the Information Systems of our clients. Using our human recourses and expertise, ComputerLand can supervise the network and does the job instead of the local system engineer.

Maintenance and troubleshooting
We utilise preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to obtain reliable operation for our clients, and to reduce the total cost of ownership for the information system. The customers can choose from the large variety of types of troubleshooting, starting from the bring in service up to the on site troubleshooting within 4 hours. The ComputerLand staffs are equipped with mobile phones, so we do our services in 365x24 mode.
To increase the MTBF (mean time between failure), we do preventive maintenance for our clients.

Outsourcing
For those customers who have no system supervisor, we outsource our system engineers. There is also a possibility for our clients to lease computers from us.

Training
This kind of service we give exclusively, only to our end-users. We are not an official training centre, but for our clients certainly we do training with pleasure.
